All products to be returned must be returned for sensible and practical reasons. We do not accept products are returned for the following reasons:
- If you found the product at a lower price elsewhere.
- If the product delivered matches the order. We cannot provide a full refund for, or take responsibility for the wrong part being ordered. Your account will be credited, or we will provide a partial refund, if the new part is cheaper than the one you ordered initially. If the new part is more expensive than the one you ordered initially, you will only pay the difference.
- Products that have been damaged or modified in any way.
